Funds may be used toward construction, improvement, expansion or rehabilitation or repair of a water supply system, sanitary sewer system, storm sewer system or flood control projects.

• St. Clair Township:
$243,523 to pave approximately 1.5 miles of Shrum Hill Road, improving safety and preventing further deterioration.

The Multimodal Transportation Fund provides grants to encourage economic development and ensure a safe and reliable system of transportation is available to the residents of the Commonwealth. Funds may be used for the development, rehabilitation and enhancement of transportation assets to existing communities, streetscape, lighting, sidewalk enhancement, pedestrian safety, connectivity of transportation assets and transit-oriented development.

The grants were approved by the Commonwealth Financing Authority, which administers both the Pennsylvania Small Water and Sewer Program and the Multimodal Transportation Fund to support infrastructure, recreation and community development projects across Pennsylvania.
